Covid-19 struck and as a self-employed contractor work became uncertain, fitness and health got put to one side and I began to emotionally get lost in food. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I now have work / home life stability and I am now ready to return and return fitter, faster and stronger than before. This is day 1, follow my journey as I make my way back to sub 90 Half Marathon fitness.
